Returns and Right of Withdrawal
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, don't worry. Exercising your right of withdrawal is simple, quick, and free of charge.
Please remember that you have 14 working days from the date you receive your order to decide whether to keep or return the item(s).
To start your return request, complete the form below by providing:
- Order number
- Email address
Please note that, in order to exercise your right of withdrawal, the conditions set out in our Terms and Conditions of Sale must be met.
How to Prepare Your Return
- Place the item(s) back in their original packaging. Products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in perfect condition. Returns of products that have been opened, used (even partially), or tampered with cannot be accepted.
- If possible, include a copy of the sales document inside the package only.
- Print and attach the shipping label that was included with your order to the outside of the package, then wait for the assigned courier to collect it.
Calicantus S.r.l., acting on behalf of LABO INTERNATIONAL S.r.l., must be informed of your return in order to inspect the returned items and process your refund. For this reason, we kindly ask you to follow only the return procedure described above.
Please note that packages sent cash on delivery (COD) or freight collect will not be accepted by our returns warehouse.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 working days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase and will cover the invoiced value of the returned item(s).
If you would like to receive a replacement for the returned item, you can simply place a new order through our online store.
